U of T’s Facilities and Services group is 600 staff who work to make sure you have a safe, clean, comfortable, attractive and sustainable environment in which to learn, teach and play.

They are proud of their efforts to manage and provide service to over 11 million square feet encompassing over 120 buildings, plus the operation and management of an extensive district energy system supporting more than 150 buildings.

Over the course of the last 35 years, in addition to providing excellence in service, they’ve nurtured an enduring culture of sustainability within Facilities and Services.
