Mike Peterson

I am an Information Security Analyst - Audit in the I+TS Information Security Department.

My current job responsibilities include managing the Intrusion Prevention System and the Traffic Shaper, detecting and blocking infected U/T hosts (e.g. botnet zombies / spammers), blocking user credential phishing e-mail replies and URLs, and investigating high bandwidth utilization.

Outside work, I am involved with softball (playing and helping run a league), kids baseball (coaching), volleyball, badminton, and downhill skiing (all at the same time!).
