Toronto Open Source Week - October 24-30, 2009
Each fall, two open source events take place in the GTA: the Ontario Linux Fest (http://onlinux.ca) and the Free Software and Open Source Symposium (http://fsoss.ca). This year they are on opposite ends of a week, and there are several events scheduled in between (including two Open Source Accessibility events, a WordPress meetup, a FOSSLC bootcamp, and the Teaching Open Source Summit), so we've decided to create the Toronto Open Source Week.
It would be great to have some UofT-sponsored or -hosted events during the week (in addition to the FOSSLC bootcamp, already planned for the Tuesday at UofT). Anyone interested is welcome to join the planning wiki and mailing list at http://torontoopensourceweek.pbworks.com/ -- the Toronto Open Source Week website will appear at http://opensourceweek.ca shortly.

Anything/one from U of T?
So do we have anyone from U of T attending/presenting? If so we should attend these together as a group; it never hurts to meet new people.
