I find running the sysinternals tools/apps via their live site very useful instead of keeping a copy on USB key et la.
not sure if everyone uses it... so am posting in case some find useful.

Not so useful as "live" site
I'd argue that this isn't as useful as a "live" site, because sometimes computers requiring these tools are too messed up to be hooked up to the network (e.g. viral infection or something broken with the network stack). This is a very handy download site, if you don't feel like passing the Microsoft genuine validation checks, as well as navigating the website.
If these can be freely redistributed, I suggest we mirror them on UTORmirror or something... very handy.

yes, good point. malware might prevent getting onto internet for these. in our environment we are usually using these to troubleshoot processes or to look at detailed real-time activity at the registry hive or file system. so it comes in handy.
